The Socializer is our AI-powered social media content engine. It generates platform-specific posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Google Business Profile — tailored to real estate topics, local market data, and your brand voice. Agents can review, edit, and schedule content from inside the dashboard, eliminating the need for separate social media management tools.
The platform includes a full-featured CRM with buyer and seller contact management, deal pipelines (listings and closings), automated follow-up sequences, email and SMS communication, task management, appointment scheduling, document storage, and detailed reporting. All CRM data is powered by GoHighLevel's robust infrastructure with a real-estate-specific interface layer built on top.
Yes. Every agent on the platform gets a professionally designed, SEO-optimized website with built-in schema markup powered by Schema MONKEE. Brokerage and franchise accounts also receive a parent brand site. All sites are hosted, maintained, and automatically updated — agents never need to touch code or worry about hosting.
Deterministic schema is structured data markup (JSON-LD) that tells search engines and AI models exactly what your business is, what services you offer, and where you operate — without ambiguity. Our Schema MONKEE technology by MONKEE AI generates this markup automatically. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) extends traditional SEO to ensure your business appears correctly in AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and other AI search tools. Together, they make your digital presence machine-readable and AI-discoverable.
The Socializer generates content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Google Business Profile. Each post is formatted and optimized for the specific platform — including character limits, hashtag strategies, and content style — so agents do not have to adapt a single post across channels manually.
Agentic Tools is a fully responsive web application optimized for mobile browsers at 430px width with a dedicated bottom navigation layout. There is also a Windows desktop application available for download. The mobile-optimized web experience means agents can access the full platform from any phone or tablet without installing a separate app.

You own your domain and your content. The websites are built and hosted on our infrastructure, but your domain registration, content, and lead data belong to you. If you ever leave the platform, we will help you export your data and transition your domain.
Setup costs depend on the scope of your deployment. A standard single-office setup includes website design, CRM configuration, schema markup implementation, and agent onboarding. Franchise & Enterprise

Yes — franchise deployment is a core design principle, not a bolt-on. The platform uses hostname-based multi-tenant architecture, meaning each office gets its own branded subdomain and experience while corporate maintains centralized control over branding, compliance, and reporting. We designed for franchises from day one because we believe the industry's biggest technology gap is at the enterprise level.
Each franchise or brokerage brand gets a fully white-labeled instance of the platform. This includes custom colors, logos, typography, login screens, and domain names. Agents log in to what looks and feels like their brokerage's proprietary technology. There is no mention of Agentic Tools, GoHighLevel, or any underlying infrastructure in the agent-facing experience.
Absolutely. The tenant configuration system lets corporate define brand-level constraints — approved colors, logos, fonts, and content guidelines — that individual offices cannot override. Each office can customize within the boundaries you set, ensuring brand consistency across every location while allowing for local market personalization.
The Broker Dashboard provides office managers and franchise executives with a bird's-eye view of agent activity, pipeline health, communication metrics, and content production across all agents and offices. Brokers can see which agents are actively working their pipelines, monitor response times, track deal progress, and identify coaching opportunities — all without interrupting agents' workflows.
Franchise pricing is based on the number of offices, not the number of agents. Each office operates under the same flat-rate model (up to 30 agents per office). Unlike AI-generated schema that can hallucinate properties, Schema MONKEE uses rule-based logic to guarantee valid, complete, and accurate markup every time. The AI phone receptionist answers calls when agents are unavailable, qualifies leads with natural conversation, collects caller information, answers common questions about listings and services, and routes urgent calls appropriately. We offer flexible terms. Standard plans are month-to-month after an initial setup period. Franchise and enterprise deployments may include a minimum commitment to account for the custom configuration work involved. We are transparent about terms upfront — no gotchas, no auto-renewals buried in fine print.
A standard single-office deployment takes 1–2 weeks, including website design, CRM configuration, schema implementation, and initial agent onboarding. Franchise deployments with multiple offices typically take 3–6 weeks depending on the number of locations and the level of brand customization required. We provide a detailed timeline during the proposal process.
Yes. Every deployment includes live training sessions for agents and administrators. We provide role-specific training — agents learn the CRM and Socializer, brokers learn the dashboard and reporting tools, and admins learn the configuration system.
